Frank is an accomplished project manager and engineer with over 20 years of experience in structural design and consulting. His portfolio includes national and international projects across residential, commercial, institutional, public, and religious buildings. Since founding Z&T Engineering PC in 2011, Frank has overseen daily operations and led numerous projects for both new and existing buildings.
